Re: Bicycles in a 170

I learned last year at age 49, so I had no trouble at all. Those 40 year-olds have it tough!
VERY GOOD!

Congratulations :D

Now you have the ultimate compact bike to carry in your 170.

Re: Exhaust stains on one side only...

This is due entirely to which side of the Atlantic Ocean one is on. You've heard of the Earth's coriollis effect? Well, that refers to the direction that water goes down the toillet, and only applies to northern hemisphere versus southern hemisphere. The exhaust stains on the belly are due to the w...

Re: Bicycles in a 170

Hi Bill, Do you ride a unicycle ? I am seriously considering getting Ryan to TRY to teach me ( again ) He is 21 , his only interest in flying is to get to bike races. ( did you watch the video ? ) John I did many moons ago. But I was more into BMX racing. One time a kid showed up wi...

Re: Bicycles in a 170

Its been 20 years since I raced BMX and rode unicycles. But you guys may have motivated me to get my last remaining unicycle out and give it a try. It would easily fit in the 170. Its a Schwinn and hangs on the garage wall wondering why I keep it. Guess I just found out why. :D So, which is easier?...

Re: LLC (Limited Liability Company)

Having no experience with this, my opinion is just an opinion. I don't think you want to establish an LLC to own an airplane. If you already have an LLC set up for another reason and the LLC has the need for an airplane, it could be a way to reduce your ownership and operating costs. In other words,...

I bought the Halon A344T from Chief for ~$80. It's a tiny little guy.

Re: 11.6% Fuel Economy Increase (Humor)

I don't know the guy but a friend of an aquaintance put one of these on his car. Swore up and down about how great the mileage improved. Best idea since sliced bread. Took the car in for new tires and his friend asked him what the heck this magnet on the brake line was for? Placebo effect. :l...

Re: Gas Price Comfort Level

I'm self employed and busiest April to September, putting 10 months of work into those 6. I don't have enough time to fly when the weather is best suited for flying. Therefore I truely enjoy every minute in my 170. 8) Flying clears my mind and makes daily challenges seem insignificant. :D For now I ...
