I have a two-blade 83” with nickel leading edges. MTV-15-B/210-58 I bought it in 2016 and they’ve since introduced an improved model. Flight Resource didn’t recommend a three-blade for the 170, but you should call them and discuss it.

The advantages of the MT go way beyond getting rid of the AD.

If you don’t see what you need, call and ask.

You just need to find belts that have the same fittings for attachment to the airplane and to the shoulder harnesses. ACS is always good, but Wag-Aero also has a good selection of belts and harnesses.

Another option is to have your belts re-webbed, using your existing fittings.

Just wanted to make sure you’re aware of the issue, because not everyone here is an IA. But it sounds like you're on top of it.
