Tanks, I found all I was looking for at a local engine rebuilding shop,( Aero-Atelier ) They had every thing in stock since they are working on these all the time, even got some good free advice...

Where to find/buy gaskets for c-145-2
Hello, I am replacing my rear case accessory cover and I need to buy a bunch of new gaskets, btw engine and acc cover, then starter, gen, 2 magnetos, where is the best place to find these parts...Tanks Jean.

Tanks Bruce, will take a closer look at my airplane and at the picture of the ad...do you know if it is possible to repair damages treads inside the accessory cover or do I have to replace it...? Still work ok for know but my ame thinks it might not pass the next major overhaul...

Tanks guys, I spoke to my mechanic and he made phone a good engine shop where they specialise in engine overhaul, They did confirm what Doug said that as long as you have good oil pressure, decent compression and no metal in the filter screen, it is safe to continue operation, so I will sleep better...

Tanks Doug for your quick repliew, I found the oil stay pretty clean the first 10-15hrs after oil change then get slowly darker . I change it at 25hrs and use shell 15w-50. I Like your answer but i want to make sure that it is safe to fly. There is not always a good place to land where I fly... Queb...
