Thanks, I will have to get a spacer cause the hole on the axle and hole on the nut are nearly a full hole off.

I have the orig. pants for my 170A but I had to get the nuts that hold the outside. I bought a set and the holes don't line up with the axle. The hole on the nut is past the hole in the axle. Is there a difference in 170B's and 170A's? I would buy the correct ones if someone has a set if there is a ...

mine is 1949. I have looked on ebay but haven't come across one but will keep looking

I have seen the clear tubes to visually check fuel quantity for most Cessna's but have not seen one for our 170's. Does anyone make them for our planes and if so please give me contact info. Sporty's say they have a universal one but I haven't seen it. How does the one from Sporty"s work?

Does anyone know where I can get an original Cessna key for my plane. I was told that Cessna no longer has them, just the new type keys. I have one and could not find it but my mechanic had it. So I thought I better look around for another. I have extra keys but not Cessna type.

I just put wheel pants on and flew it yesterday and it seemed to help on the airspeed. Anyone out there know how much they help or if they help. Slayd Brown 3 months. When I was younger and in pro rodeo I traveled in a plane and my kids went with me from this age. Too old for that game now but I get to start the grandkids flying now. My oldest son is starting to get his private.
