Re: Installing A TCM IO360
Thx. I am close by @KTIW, so may want to pick your brain a little if it's ok.

Does Mr. Anderson's STC cover the '48 C-170? Just curious. Thx.

IIRC both Atlee Dodge and McFarlane carry them new.

Two O/H Bendix mags (replacing 2 Slick mags). Installed today, test drive tomorrow. Yee ha!

Hub's Pie on the Fly, Tacoma Narrows Airport (KTIW). It has only been open a few months but is already a big hit. Owned by the Harmon Brewery folks, who really know what they're doing.

Re: Micro VGs
Have fun! The first time I did it (C-180), it took a full day working alone. As you noted, the kit and instruction are complete and easy to follow.

Re: Bucking rivets for step
FWIW, years ago when I converted my C182 to a C180, I dealt with that very issue by using structural bolts and nuts. It worked out very well.

Re: Fuel Line Routing
Any idea what the loop is in the section of fuel line between the left tank and left door post? Perhaps either an anti-siphon loop or just for illustrative purposes? I've never seen that on a Cessna.

Fuel Line Routing
I'm looking for copies of just those pages from the appropriate C170 IPC that depict the first time Cessna routed fuel lines from the wing tanks down the aft door posts. Thoughts? Thx.

Turns out to have been an occipital delusion. With an extra washer P/N 0642105 fit just fine. Thanks for the input.

Re: Tail wheel tie down bolt PN0642105 Air Repair
I recently purchased P/N 642105 (tail wheel tie-down eye bolt) for my '48 C-170 (Scott 3200) and it was way too long. Does anyone know if there's a different part number for my application? Thx.
