Re: Baggage compartment door mod
Thanks for the input. I am going through an annual an am putting in a the B.A.S. shoulder harness, re positioning some flight instruments. Re: Baggage compartment door mod
Just looking at this baggage door mod.
So what I deduce is looking for a door from a 1963 172 or earlier and the door needs the framework and the donor door shouldn’t be red or green or should it be red but not green or was it the other way around!

Re: Stripped out rear seat anchor nuts
I have another question about the back seat. I took the backseat out for my first annual and realized the seat back is bolted to the bottom seat assembly. I was only familiar with the front seat in the Cessna 140 in which the bottom attachment points of the seat back are simply on a spring rod that ...

Just going over log books of my newly acquired C170.
Does anyone know the history of a D.D. Worley?
That is the name who flew test flight of N1992C.

Re: New 170B owner
Hi, just picked up my first Cessna 170B. I have a Cessna 140 but was getting tired of not being able to stretch out when flying. The 170B I purchased was advertised as a 1953, however when looking at the serial number 26137 it appears it falls in the 1954 list. The copies of the original application...
