Table of Limits in Overhaul Manual

Post by dstates »

In the O-300 overhaul manual table of limits some of the joints have values followed by an "L" or "T". Can anyone tell me the meaning of those? I've looked all through the manual with no luck.

I assume that "L" would be for a loose fit (meaning there should be clearance) and "T" is for a tight fit (meaning it is a press fit). I just hate assuming, though.

Thanks,
Doug

Doug, your assumption is likely correct. Notice on pg 23, para 3 (c).
