First annual (for me and this plane)

My mechanic and I are very familiar with older Cessna products, just curious if y’all all have come across anything very 170 specific. Plane was rebuilt 4 years ago, wings are only 9 years old. 180hp conversion. Have a small pick list started, nothing exciting. Thanks!

Attached is a summary that I've put together over the years since I first bought my 170B. It's compiled from the posts on this forum. You might not need to worry about some of them since your plane was recently rebuilt. Also, It's for a C-170 model with a stock engine. But you'll get an idea of the issues.

Gene, that is an excellent and well-written over-view. Thank you…and expect to see it plagiarized with due-credit.

Gene, has this ever been published in the 170 News? If not, Jan is always looking for good material.

Thanks George, feel free to circulate it. Miles, no it has not been published in the 170 News. I prepared it for myself and this is the first time I've sent it to anyone. I've found that It's a good reference to review every so often, especially around annual time. When I saw redacted's post, it occurred to me that he and others might benefit from it. It would be easy enough to convert to an article for the 170 News. I'll work on it.
