And here’s the results. Airframe TT 3600. Motor 1360 SMOH. Prop 245
Both flap tracks on left wing need to be replaced - parts on order
Bearing at elevator pushrod to horn replaced
New fuel selector installed
Fuel tank drains were never safetied so that’s done
Found two radio knobs and one small screwdriver in the belly. I was only missing one knob, also…free tools
ELT install from 2018 (has a remote control head unit)-battery never installed in remote
Solder joint on primer line leaking
Carb heat door control arm worn, fabricated a bushing for rod to control arm interface
AN fitting on fuel line at carb was aluminum. Has to be steel, R&R that
Door lock and baggage door lock cores removed and rekeyed to ignition key, also they now actually work
Two rivets in LH door hinge pulled out. Upsized to -5 cherry max
No drain on engine driven fuel pump (in case of diaphragm failure). Took nitrous line off my race plane and used that
Replaced two spark plugs. I dropped one on removal and the other failed on the tester, probably 6 more new ones next year
Hinge on LH cowl access door rivets all pulling out and holes figure 8’d. Fab new hinge, upsized all rivets and replaced
Fuel line from electric boost pump to gascolator kinked and had a bad wear spot. Fab new one
Replaced several zip ties that were on the engine mount (cannot touch the metal)
Thanks again for the 170 annual pain points write up. Biggest takeaway from that for us was the flap lever interface note. Mine was good by the way.
