Contacting the Webmaster

When emailing the webmaster with any problem please include all information that you can remember about your account.
  • The log in name you think you used including any variations of spelling you might have used if you have any idea what it might be.
    AND
  • The email address you used to register your account and any other email addresses you might have used to register your account.
Less important information but might help.
    • Send your TIC170A membership number if you are a member.
What to expect when you email the Webmaster.
This forum does not have an automatic response system to send forgotten or lost information. This is handled manually by several volunteer TIC170A members who are all notified with the email sent the Webmaster. Between all of the volunteers your email should be attended to within 24 hours. Lots of times it takes only 12 hours to receive a response. But most likely our volunteers will be checking in sometime in the next two hours and you will receive a response which will likely be a fix to your problem.
