O-300A (nearly) Complete Engine For Sale

This engine was involved in an unfortunate, but slow speed, prop strike. Engine has been disassembled. Crank has been inspected by Aircraft Accessories (Tulsa) and requires .010" over machining on the pin and main journals, and will need the flange pilot chromed up and machined (4 week lead time). Case is currently at DIVCO, and no problems are anticipated with it and will likely come out yellow tagged, though the accessory case will need to be replaced due to scoring in the oil pump area (cheaper to replace than repair the magnesium case). This was a fantastic smooth running engine that always started within 1 or 2 blades and always had solid oil pressure. It was annualled just 12 days (4.35 hrs tach time) prior to the incident with the following compressions 72, 62, 76, 75, 75, 62. Current times on the motor is 2637.07 since new and 999.97 since major overhaul. Includes all 6 cylinder assemblies, rocker arms, rocker arm covers, push rods, push rod covers, tappets, hydraulic units, cam, connecting rods, and all gears as removed. The only items needed to make this engine complete are the accessory case (Cont. P/N 530007A1) as mentioned above, and the 2 rearward engine mount brackets (1 ea of Cont. P/Ns 40044 & 40043) (the front ones are good). As is asking price for everything is $10,300 + shipping. Located in Oklahoma City.
