What did they cost on ebay? $119.95 ?

Prices may have increased since I ordered them from Cee Bailey and they arrived with N-number stitched into them and pitot-covers included for $85.

Desser Tire also re-sold Cee Bailey plugs for the same price.

Made my rudder lock out of 1/4” hollow braided polypropylene per GaHorn’s directions. Sacrificed part of a bic pen and made my own fid to insert the rope into the center of the rope.

Kelly I see you have your blanket there, isn't the concrete pretty hard for napping? And always remember what "Mayo the Clinic" says "Keep naps short. Aim to nap for only 10 to 20 minutes. · Take naps in the early afternoon. Napping after 3 p.m. can interfere with nighttime sleep".

You just never know when you’ll close your eyes for a second and wake up a hour later, always good to have something soft under you.

Today I picked up from the delivery point, a "New" to me set of vintage 1955 C-180 p/n 0741001-3 and 0741001-4 main gear for my bird. I searched quite awhile for a set and had asked a number of the menbers on this site about what they had and feedback. I will try to post a picture of the before condition however I was able to post a picture of the reconditioned set and I am very pleased with Jim Hayton and North Sound Aviation. Jim was excellent to deal with and had time to answer my questions about his process. I have the PPonk kit, solid axles, and attachment hardware ready to go. I found a couple links in the forums on installation, and if anyone else has any tips please send them my way.

Saw those for sale, looks like you got a great deal. I have early 180 gear legs/pponk/solid axles on mine. It makes it stand taller than stock even with the 6.00 tires.

When I rec’d a new landing light lens I found it too small and had to return it. They mfr’d a new one slightly oversize and I trimmed it to fit.
Let us know how your new one fits pls.

George,
I just removed my old landing light lens and the new one from LP Aero is slightly longer and will need trimmed.
