Oshkosh Blood Chit

Post by pdb »

Years ago, I saw a guy at Oshkosh who had a contemporary blood chit with an American flag sewn on his jacket which went something like the following:

I am an American airman. I mean no harm to your citizens. My plane has been disabled. Please shelter me from the FAA and provide me with 80/87 so I can return home.

Does anyone remember this or suggest an better message for this year?
