Can’t see the maintenance page

Post by txfirefighter628 »

I’m a new member. I paid for a membership to be able to see the maintenance page for information on the Javelin fuel tank but it still says I’m not authorized to view the page. I’ve called and left a message and emailed George Horn with no response. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks, Ron.

Send me your info in a PM if those methods do not work for you.
Sorry you’re having this problem.
George

(EDIT: Just found an email from Groom Aircraft in my “junk” folder…I believe this must be you…
Until we get this registration straightened out…I’ve sent you the info from our Mx Library…Hope that helps.)

Unfortunately, the process of upgrading forum privileges is not an automatic process and once a person becomes a TIC170A member. The forum and membership systems can not be tied together and many more forum registrants never become TIC170A members and many TIC170A members don't want a forum account. There is no way to automatically alert volunteers. Instead we had to rely on a TIC170A member manually alerting the webmaster of the forum they have a forum account and have just become TIC170A members and would like their forum account upgraded to reflect TIC170A member privileges. It is far from a perfect solution we'd all like.

The best and quickest response and resolution to the issue will be a email to the webmaster through the forum. More than one volunteer gets a email message this way.

txfirefighter628 privileges have been upgraded as you can see his posts now have the TIC170A logo next to them.
CAUTION - My forum posts may be worth what you paid for them!
