Wow! No doubt that was a seriously over gross takeoff. Had to be with the size of cajones that guy has. 8O

AvWeb.com had a story about this about two weeks ago. I looked into the back story, its called the DoubleEnder. Basically, some of the shop guys from the Sherpa project and the CarbonCub factory got together and prototyped a twin engine Super Cub. Do a quick google search on it and look at the Super Cub forum. Those guys are all drooling!

I think innovation is always to be admired, and I have no doubt the visibility is great but it is frankly FUGLY.
