Arash,

When I was a kid in high school, I also worked the summers of 1940 and 1941 at the Boat concession at Camp Richardson on the southwest end of the lake.

I had N2765D which became ZS-PVR in South Africa, and I have a few pictures of my adventures in the nearly 550 hours I flew her.
Any chance of explaining how to load pics, please?

Kind regards
Reid
Reid, as Bruce mentioned, you must be a 170 Assoc'n Member to upload pictures DIRECTLY.... but if you have a place on the internet where you store them, (such as photobucket, etc.) you may link to them using the Img button above your posts,...and they will appear within your posting here.

Hope that helps. (If you don't understand that process...speak up and we'll guide you thru it.)

Great pics, man!

Tell California they need to get their gas prices in check...especially their Avgas prices! I haven't paid that in about 6 months for fuel.

Arash, I don't know about your airport but my airport has NO reservation about raising the price immediately when it goes up, waiting for the next tanker never enters their mind.

Attached is a picture of my Painted Cessna 180 landing gear legs for the TCM IO 360 powered 170A.
180 Gear legs painted LG RS.jpg
I have not been able to fly it yet as I am working against the FAA to get my Medical back. And the few pilots I have available to fly with me in it have been real busy with flight test of the 737 Max and KC46A tanker. I am getting near the end of installing a new Lyc O-360 in a Cessna Cardinal, But Sport flying season is opening up. And flight is about to happen. Anyone going to the TIW fly in this week end feel free to stop by S50. I will be down at Auburn working mid field on the Cardinal 3 hangars north of the fuel pumps. Look for 4 door jeep outside of hangar. or give me a call 206 842 2172
Also Bruce how do I contact the association to purchase the Landing gear STC. I just got my EIP award from Boeing. I have $$ aviation spending units burning a hole in my pocket.

Jim, you contact headquarters to buy something from the association. I suggest a phone call. Jan will need your aircraft and credit card info. It's that easy.

It must be the perspective from the angle that the photo of that landing gear was taken, but they look to me to be so symetrical at the lower end that I would have suspected that they were a pair of early, interchangeable, C-170 legs made priot to the "Lady Legs" type.

Arash, truth be known I had to go into southern Wisconsin (BUU) to get that price. Most of the Chicago area prices are like your map.
