Carb heat and mixture cable stabilization
Does anyone have a pic to demonstrate how to properly stabilize the carb heat and mixture cables prior to the carb? On my bird, there is/was a small aluminum channel, about 4 inches long by inch wide with 1/8 th inch sides. We removed it about 4 months ago and were not bright enough to take pics although with everything else wrong with this bird, it may not have been correctly fastened anyway. Even a brief description would help so we can avoid re-inventing the wheel so to speak. Thanks

The IPC shows the original methods. Here is the B-model (you didn’t mention which model you have).

Dummy me! Now, why didn't I think of that. Thanks much. I guess frustration caused me to gasp for help like a drowning rat. Thanks again. MK
