Unable to See Posted Photos When Not Logged In

Up to about a week ago, I could see all of the photos posted in the threads without being logged in. Now, unless I’m logged in, all I see in place of the photos is this message on a red background: “You do not have the required permission to view this file.” Is that a new policy now? It certainly prevents non-members from fully seeing the posts in the non-member sections.

Also it looks like I cannot edit my post even when logged in. I slightly misremembered the error message. It correctly reads:”You do not have the required permission to view the files attached to this post.”
