Here’s a NORSEE-approved alteration that for some reason didn’t make it to the FAA’s NORSEE database. It’s available at SteinAir for 50% off. Some models are a PMA’ed direct replacement for the torpedo map lights in our planes — don’t even need NORSEE approval. A “surface mount adapter” is available from Aircraft Spruce.
