You and your guests are cordially invited to our Texas TIC170A Christmas Party, 4 to 6 December, in Bryan, Texas, graciously hosted by Jean McGown.
We will be staying at the Quality Inn, 1027 N. Earl Rudder Fwy, Bryan, TX 77802, 979-703-8979. Arranged room rates are $84 for Friday, and $80 for Saturday nights (plus tax) for a room with a single king size bed. (Subject to availability, you may specify two beds at time of booking, for same rate.) When you make your reservation, be sure to mention Jean McGown's name and the C170 Christmas Party in order to obtain the negotiated rate.
The hotel features free WiFi, microwaves and mini refrigerators in all rooms, and a free hot breakfast (including eggs and a protein) each day.
There are a limited number of rooms available, so make your reservation as soon as possible. Additional rooms may be booked at this rate, but will be subject to availability.
For those driving, there is free parking at the hotel. For those flying privately, the airport of choice is Coulter Field (CFD) Bryan, Texas. If you will be traveling via airline, plan on arriving at Easterwood (CLL) in College Station, Texas. Keep Jean's number 979-779-2856 handy and call her for pick-up and shuttle to the hotel.

Gift Exchange at Crestview Arbor Oaks Retirement Community Chapel with snacks & deserts.

Each lady please bring a lady's gift. Each man please bring a man's gift. Each gift's value should be approximately $25.
Rules for Chinese gift exchange will be explained in detail.
This has always been a really fun, entertaining and humorous event.
