Best equipped 170 in the world???

Post by jworth94 »

The owner of this plane says its the best equipped 170 in the world. Pretty strong statement. What do you esteemed members of the association think?

As it turns out, the airplane is located in my general area. I may go and take a look at it.

It needs 180 gear and bigger tires. All that electronic stuff............ahh I'd just sell it. Nice interior though.

With Rosen visors and autopilot, I could take a nap. From what I've been seeing lately, the price isn't so bad.

OOOH Pretty! It better be nice for 61k! Its probably so expensive because its so much faster than those B models with the wings that are bent upward :D

It's probably so expensive because it's still for sale!

For best-equipped 170, I vote for John Barrett's mini-van killer. 8)

John gets my vote also, his airplane is amazing. His hangar is directly across from mine, and if his airplane is out, I leave mine behind closed doors!

Sounds like we need to see some pics of John's plane. I wonder if he's willing to post a few?

WOW!!!!! I think I'm speechless.

If you tell me he's got a O-360 in it I'll probably pass out.

Thanks John, modesty (probably false) prevents me from boasting about my airplane.

Planis (like Penis) envy is a funny thing I wish my plane had an S-Tec autopilot like the one metioned in the ad for the "Worlds best equipped 170".
