AD 96-12-07 superseded, by 2005-12-06

So does it still apply to our mags? If you think it does spell it out HOW.

It sure looks to me like it only applies to the 540 series now :twisted: :?:

I've read it the same as you. It no longer applies to our mags.

The Summary paragraph states "This AD also limits the applicability to certain Lycoming engine models. "
Unless you have one of those LYCOMING engines....that should pretty well address the issue.
