I'm guessing it's a high speed 406 ELT antenna. I noticed in the directory that "Stormin' Norman" is an Association member so I invited him to join the conversation.

The way that hound is holding such a nice point maybe that sign says "NO HUNTING"

Can anyone read the what the name (on the engine cowl) was before it became "Stormin Normin"?
