I am just glad that I have a C-170C and won't get charged for C-172 fees

It was Cleo who designated my plane as a 170C so I can't argue the point.

We were about to impose that penalty George but Frank relented and agreed to serve as a Director.

Frank the C stands for Cleo, and is only a coincidence that C comes after B.
