BBBRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! 
I had my wifes side door pop open about 100 ft off the ground as I was making a hard climbing turn to anything warmer than the -35 ramp we just took off from, so as she was filling my old david clarks with ways she was going to make my life living hell for the next infinity I reached over popped the window open and slammed the door shut. I had no gloves on. That window has never been open since. That was about 5 years ago. GAWD I gotta start flying when its warmer out looks like......
