Interior door handle replacement

There are several used handles that match 0511183 with the chevron embossing like this one from Don's Auto Parts Clearance. I get the impression the seller has no idea what model or year car the handle is from as each of his listings for the same style handle show it's for a different car, or group of cars. Haven't run across a good GM part number for it or found anyone who is making it as an aftermarket part. Anyone seen a vintage C-170A or C-170B photo showing this interior handle so we can confirm it is original?
