There should only be 1 bushing which goes through all 4 leaf springs in the mount and ties them together. It should not have excessive slop but it doesn't need to be a slop free fit.

I would doubt you will find wear to the point your old bushing is not serviceable.

Your new spring pack looks like each spring is extra thick. Probably just an illusion. Compare it to your originals. If you find your new spring pack is just to thick, I wouldn't be afraid to use as many thinner original springs as you need to to make it work. The only spring that ever breaks, is the lower main sprint the tailwheel bolts too.

Does anyone know where a guy could find a tail wheel eye bolt #0642105?

Air Repair does not have this exact item and is offering part #0642161-1 as an alternate option but would prefer the above.

Update. I took the old tail spring off and inspected the bushing that was in there. It looked to be in perfect shape so I reused it. I used a couple of clamps to help compress the leaves to get the new parts installed. Everything tightened up fine and it look like it should with weight on it. The tailwheel is even at a slightly better angle now. Signed off and flying last February.
