Out of curiosity, when I was at the airport this weekend, I looked at a hand full of new Cleveland 103-11600 brake bolts they had in stock. They appear to be standard AN4-17A bolts with a dot of what appears to be blue thread lock on one side of the threads (in about the middle of the threads longitudinally). The dot is just around 3/16" in diameter. The bolt head is marked with an X like a standard Cad plated steel bolt.
