Thanks for the illistration George. I think that as illistrated thats all that is required on all models. As I said, "IF" there is a beacon installed just aft of the bulkhead without a doubler it should be installed. If not wear a ANR headset????

This problem has been around for a zillion years. What color is the plane?? IF it is a darker color and absorbes more heat, the skin grows a causes a dip in that area. You could try the homebuilder method of tightening skins, heat them up and rivit on while still hot. When they cool off they tighten up. Probably not worth the trouble though, just get some ANR's. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
