I did the delrin from Mcmaster, worked great.

Delrin is pretty slippery stuff too, is harder, and machines a heck of a lot better than Teflon.

I believe the Delrin material is what was used on the original WagAero offerings.

Control yoke binding?

Teflon has been out there for over 30 years.

A common remedy has been Vaseline.
