Edgar,I've got a ragwing (s/n 18534) but don't have a digital camera or scanner. But there's not much there to see. The fuel line comes out of the belly of the airplane & attaches to the gascolator. Not much room aft of the gascolator for an "adapter".
You might take a look at a Cessna 120/140 if there's one near you--they use the same gascolator & probably a similar or maybe even identical line.
You might try all the usual salvage outfits for a ragwing fuel line.
I just looked in my 170 IPC.The fuel system in this book is illustrated on page 72:"figure 38-fuel and oil system (serial 18001-18573)". Item 38-35 is an "adapter",p/n 0550126,which screws into the aft (inlet) side of the gascolator,to which the fuel line attaches. Is this the part you're looking for? I think you could figure out what the (female) thread of the gascolator is,and the thread of the fuel line (I think it's a flare nut?),and probably locate a suitable adapter at your local hardware, plumbing,or hot-rod shop.

Eric

thanks for the photo
