If you have time while you're in Anchorage, go by Merrill Field and check with Stoddard's Aircraft Parts Center and Reeve Airmotive, both good potential sources.

Greg, did you end up doing Jumps in the 170 or just the 180?
my seats overall are rough and will need some TLC so that is how i hit this thread. when you cleaned up the seats did you strip and paint before shipping them off to Ron?

This is the shop in Palmer AK that did my seating. I stripped all the metal support stuff off, cleaned, painted and covered the seat frames with ceconite and dope. http://www.sportaircraftseats.com/sport ... /Home.html

Thanks... i'm hoping to do the same at some point this spring but am sourcing a local first to see. i did send Ron an email but never heard back from him.
