Problem downloading 337's....anybody have this problem?

Trying to download a couple of 337's, and I keep getting a message that says...
"We're sorry, but there was a problem down loading your requested file. Please click"
and that is all it says. I am trying to do this on an IPad, is that the problem?
Any suggestions? I have tried Safari and Google Chrome.

Most of the documents are PDFs. I just tried opening several examples on my IPad using both Safari and Google Chrome and had no problem. Touching the link opens then right up.
What are you trying to do? What I mean is how are you trying to download them? What 337 links? Maybe that/those links are bad. Wouldn't be the first bad link we have but I think I have them all fixed.

Hi Bruce, I am going to the MX Library, and then I click on the TIC170A Document Library, and then Misc documents and 337 copies. I get the same message no matter which underlined light blue link I click on, on my Ipad or on my laptop. Is something wrong with my account? I am attaching a screenshot of the message I get. I am able to open PDF's on both Ipad and laptop with no problems. I have down loaded these documents before with no problem, but since I am having issues with two completely different computers/operating systems something must be amiss with my account/username???

Steve,
Arash hit it on the head. Your membership has lapsed and has been for some time. I hadn't noticed before.
What you are doing is clicking on a bookmark to a file you once had the privilege to download. You do not currently have that privilege and security is doing what it should and not allowing the download.
The message your seeing is kind of cryptic I realize. I'm not sure we've seen this before. Normally people don't have bookmarks for places they don't have privileges to go.
Of course if you rejoin the Association, and let me know you've done it, we can get this all cleared up pronto.
