The International Cessna^® 170 Association

Figure 38 shows a panel for serials 20267 thru 35372. on the left and right are 5 vertical holes and three horizontal holes. i have scoured the
rest of the parts manual try to find what mounts in these holes.
Can someone help?

Fig 19-51 shows the upholstery retaining angle, p/n 0511148, which is attached with four screws. Not sure about the horizontal holes.
