running wire.....didnt know what it looked like previously, should the wire run out the large holes where the fuel gauges go and down the side of the fuse then into the fuse for landing lights etc or should it stay inside the cabin and run down the inside of the door post to the panel? Or does it matter? Right now I have the wires ran through the inside and down the door post but without interior to see how this is going to work out its unknown to me. These are the small things I'm getting stuck on

Wing wiring comes through the leading edge then down the door post about halfway, then forward behind the forward interior side panel. The top and aft fuselage wiring goes out the same way, then back inside aft and below the big fuel gauge hole, near where the fuel lines come in. There is wiring on both sides, but most of mine seems to be on the left side.

Thank you for the photo and explanation. I'm sure there is more than one way to ultimately do this overall but didn't want to have my wire strung out hooking things up only to find interior pieces wont fit because of how I have them ran.

There are disconnects on the wires at the forward door post to facilitate wing removal.
at least, mine had disconnects there.

You're quite welcome Kyle. I had to find the photo before I could remember the routing myself. The interior trim piece where the wing root vent comes through quite nicely covers the area where the wiring comes around the main spar bulkhead, but on the left side the pitot line comes through the same space, and everything has to be situated precisely to have enough room for that trim piece to fit properly.

Alrighty, well thank you again for digging that up. I will be adding connectors to simplify this as well for wing removal.
