I've been trying to get one of these parts for quite a while... I haven't had any luck.
I plan on following the method in the post I'm linking below from Metal Master. I will be starting on it in the next couple of weeks. I have the L-19 parts in hand, just waiting on warmer weather.

Call Bill Milton at The 195 Factory. They are the same part, just a different number. I have one on my 170.
