Axle Attachment Bolts on 180 Legs with L-19 Tow Lugs

In the next month I will be changing my 55 Lady Legs with hollow axles, to a set of reconditioned 180 legs. I have a set of solid aluminum axles I want to install, and want to use the L-19 tow lugs I have been using on the Lady Legs because they work well for winching up a grade into the hangar. If anyone is using this set up ie: 180 legs with L-19 lugs can you please let me know what you used for approved axle attachment bolts and length for top and bottom, and vendor? Thanks in advance.
