Be prepared to spend a lot of time searching for your exact topic, but historical FAR's are available at:

George I had looked at the page you posted before and didn't see any reference to CAR3. It does have historical FAR 21.
Did you actually find CAR3 stuff there?

I didn't actually read it because I don't have time for it, but if you use the search routine and search for "CAR Part 3" you'll get a couple billion pages regarding it. I got tired after a few pages of looking to see which one contained the info.

George I tried again and was not as successful as you. Searching for the exact phrase "Car Part 3" I got 2 pages all part 21 which contain that phrase. Did a search for "Civil Air Regulations" got 26 pages of current or superceded FARs that contain those words.
In no case did I actually get a copy of CAR part 3. I'll bet they aren't available on the net.
George in your search you may have used the booleen "and' which is the default in your serach. This would find any document with the words "car", "part" and "3". Even so your computer must be smarter than mine being able to find a couple billion pages.

Hmm. Maybe I just don't know how to "serach".

George, I'm sure you now how to serach which is very much like searching but usually done in South Carolina and Georgia.
I was just pointing out that on that particular serach page the options weren't obvious.
I did several "serachs" till I figured out all of the options.

Thanks N4517C. That is exactly what I was looking for.
You must be the "serach" king and could probably give George and I some lessons.
