Cleveland Brake Installation

Ladies & Gentlemen,
Preparing to install cleveland brakes on a '56 170B with lady legs....
Question is: What is the ORDER of part installation starting from the Outboard face of the Lady leg to the wheel retaining nut?? I would think the shims would be first, but am seeking "expert" advice to overcome my natural stupidity.
The Parts Manual is not very helpful on this subject.
If it makes any difference...may install either single puck or double puck calipers as I have both.
Appreciate any help you folks can provide.
