I have an overhaul manual & it does not have spec's for rod bore, case
bore ect. all it has is loose or tight. does anyone have a manual or excel file with all of the engine measurements?

Larry,

The TCM website lists the latest overhaul manual as form X30013, FAA approved in June 1982.

I've never seen the case or rod bore diameters listed. If you are talking about the diameters WITHOUT the bearings installed, you might talk to the folks who overhaul cases and rods (Divco, Aircraft Specialty Services, etc.)

If you are talking about the diameters WITH the bearings installed, the overhaul manual lists the outside diameters of the main journal and crankpins in the crankshaft section of the Table of Limits. Measure them and if they are in spec, measure the inside diameters of the bearings in the case and rods and calculate the fits. The fits, not the actual diameters, is what really matters anyway.

Hope this helps, Miles

larry,
don't trust manuls for specs. go to http://www.tcmlink.com and get the newest info on sb's and tcm's lastest new and best info on your engine.
