form337 for wheel penetration ski's

I'm looking at installing Airglas LW2500 wheel penetration ski's on a C170B. The LW2500 is STC'd for the cub but I have been told there are a couple C170's flying around with them installed under a field approval.
I already got some valuable information from Airglas but wanted to quiz the forum to see if a member has installed these. If so how do the work out and could you help me with the form337?
