We're trying to rebuild a landing gear box on a 1948 cessna 170. Does anyone know the location, purpose, etc. of Cessna part number 0311752-16 (bracket) and I assume some sort of pulley? The illustration is not specific.
Thanks,
Carlton

Carlton,
It is the for the elevator trim pulleys at approx. FS 43. It attaches to the belly skin a couple inches left of the center-line stringer. I am going flying tomorrow. If you want I'll pull an access panel, take a picture and email it to you.

Carlton,
You should have some pictures via email. If not let me know and we'll go a different route.
