glove box installation

I bought a glove box on E-[censored]. Im confused by page 75a of the IPC. Looking at items 66 and 67. Described as strap, nut, bolt and clamp. What is this for? Does the strap support the glove box? Does the throttle cable run thru the clamp? Anybody with sn26039 thru sn26995 and a glove box take a look? Thanks
