Looks like we also have a leaky cylinder barrel/ head separation.
Millenium with less than 200 hours on it since new (in 2000).

Mech says 'to just get a new one' - I am hesitant to buy another Millenium after this one.

Other options or sources?

Thanks.

If the other 5 are Millenium that is what I'd stick with for no reason other than it would bug me to have one different.

Did you talk to the Millenium people?

One of our supporters is AirPower, Inc. who is the factory outlet for Milleniums (and who donated one to our Association at this years convention). Tell 'em we sent you for a possible discount. (They also handle factory cylinders.)

I just talked to both Superior and Air Power -
No new O-300 Cylinders available until December!

Thielert bought the place and everything is backed up.

Give A.E.R.O. a call, they are located in Bath PA. We use them as our supplier of aerospace vehicle engine parts and consumables and have been very happy with them. Here is the link for them http://www.aeroinstock.com/.

Good luck

OK, here's another alternative for cylinders:
ECI - (210) 820-8101 • (800) 324-2359

http://www.eci2fly.com/pages/products_titan_0200.aspx

These fine folks make a good product and they donated a complete set at cost to our convention this year.
Give 'em a call!

With about 120 hours on mine, I couldn't be happier with them, just don't get them where I got mine.

As are their prices. About 6 months ago you could buy a new Superior cylinder from Airpower for $600. They are now asking $890 on sale. Be interesting to see what they charge when they get their new stock in.
