The International Cessna^® 170 Association

I have a missing baffle cessna part number 0555175-1 which I can locate at various suppliers but the fastener 0450277-3 is also required and I cannot find this listed anywhere except on the Australian ebay site.
Does anyone know if this part has a new number or description.
