deleted fuel selector

Can someone help...
My 170b (ser# 26032) had a slight leak at the fuel selector, so I took it out to fix it (what a job that was!). I then noticed that the fuel selector part number showed it was deleted in my manual. Does anyone have a suggestion as to why? Or perhaps a source for the o-rings and gasket? I am showing on page 106 from figure 64, parts 0513125(gasket), AF934-5(o-ring) for the most nescessary parts that I need to make mine better. The other o-rings would be nice too, but not necessary at this point.
Is there a repalcement selector available or aproved for the 170b?
Thanks for all your help and advice.

Check out the extensive discussion on rebuilding your valve at:

(Many Thanks to Bruce Fenstermacher for sharing his experience with this valve.)

As I'm sure you have by now, read the old threads for this info. You actually have the best fuel valve as it is very rebuildable. There is a replacement valve available from $Cessna $but $you $won't $want $to $buy $it $$$$$$ if you get my drift.

Do not go through all the trouble of removing your valve and not replace every o-ring in it. They may not need it know but they will next week just after you reinstall the valve and your arm wounds have heeled.
