Does anyone have a recomendation for a small/light weight jack that I can carry in the plane for off-airport emergency tire repairs? I've got the jack-pad adapter for the legs, but I need something a lot more compact then a floor jack.

Thanks for any ideas, Drew

hey Drew, you can easily use a little 1.5 ton bottle jack, you just need to set it up on a block of wood or something sturdy to get the right height.

just pay attention to the spring of the gear, you'll probably find that you'll jack it up once and the gear will spring in a bit. then let it down, reposition the jack and do it again and it should stay straight. set the bottom of the gear leg down on a block of wood or similar while the wheel is off if you're going to be awhile.
