windshield noise???

I just completed my first flight with the new “strapless†windshield.
I was amazed at the clarity of the new windshield. I had no idea the old view was impaired in any way.
I realize there is nothing holding the new one in a rigid place but I was surprised by how much popping noise it made when I was taxi.
