Door & window seals

I just bought a 1951 170A and would like to know where to find the appropriate door and window seals.

The best doorseals are PN 05-00010 $63 for 25 ft., from Spruce 877/477-7823 (known as Piper door seal can you believe it? But it's correct.)
The only place to get the white window seal is from Cessna, I recommend thru your local Cessna dealer or http://www.cessnaparts.com/ enter pn 0511106-103, $31 for 103".
A better window seal, in my opinion, is:
