Scott 4408B Master Cylinder

I'm pulling out my master cylinders (Scott 4408B) for other maintenance and figure as long as they're out it would be a good time to give them a good cleaning and new seals if necessary. What I'm looking for is an exploded parts diagram for these master cylinders and/or some re-build verbiage perhaps from a service manual. 4408Bs are not covered in the Series 100 manual. For anyone that has overhauled 4408Bs, are there any critical adjustments/dimensions (like the .040 Lock-O-Seal gap) on other 170 master cylinders? The 4408Bs have three seals/O-rings that can be replaced. One is a common MS O-ring. There other two are unique as far as I can determine...Preferred Airparts had them.

Univair handles repair parts for these type brake cyls.

The Aeronca group also uses these, and one of their suppliers and better-known shops who sells parts for the Scott brakes is:

Both Univair and Burl's were out of stock.

Has anyone had problems with fluid coming out the vent hole on top of these cylinders? What might be bypassing?

Have you recently topped them off with fluid?...or worked on the calipers?

I have not George. It is for another 170 on the field and he has it being rebuilt with new seals.
